The AGIS is a joint initiative by a group of industry associations and other stakeholders to promote the Penta-Helix model for Africa’s gas sector.

We are pleased to extend  invitation to interested organizations to exhibit at the inaugural Africa Gas Innovation Summit (AGIS) 2024. AGIS 2024 is a two-day summit scheduled for June 13 – 14, 2024, at the NAF Conference Centre and Suites, located at Suite 231, Plot 307 Ahmadu Bello Wy, Kado, Abuja 900108, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. The summit’s theme, “Igniting the Future: Driving Sustainability in Africa’s Energy Landscape through Gas Technology and Innovation,” encapsulates our vision to foster a synergistic environment for all stakeholders within the gas value chain.

The summit will feature a rich agenda including Technical Presentations, Panel Sessions, Policy Forums, and Exhibitions showcasing the latest technological advancements. AGIS 2024 champions the Penta Helix model, engaging Government, Industry, Academia, the Entrepreneurial Community, and Venture Financial Institutions in a unified approach to address the multifaceted challenges and opportunities within the African gas sector.

Exhibition Options at AGIS 2024:

  • Onsite Physical Exhibit: Secure a booth space within the exhibition hall to present your technology, services, or products. Each booth measures 3m x 3m and includes a table, two chairs, a power outlet, and space for branding.
  • Video Demonstrations: Submit short video presentations (2-3 minutes each) highlighting the benefits and innovative aspects of your offerings. These videos will be featured on large screens during the event and promoted through the AGIS website and social media channels.

You may opt for either one of the exhibition formats or take advantage of both to maximize your presence at the summit. Enclosed with this letter, you will find the exhibition map and booking form and a preliminary technical agenda for your consideration.
