The Africa Gas Innovation Summit
Welcome:
We are pleased to welcome you to The Africa Gas Innovation Summit. Our event is dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth in the African gas industry.
Registration and Admission:
- All attendees must register and receive a badge to gain entry.
- Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times.
Event Policies:
- The summit is a professional environment, and appropriate business attire is required.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- All mobile devices should be silenced during sessions.
Code of Conduct:
- Treat all participants with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
- Communicate openly with respect for others, critiquing ideas rather than individuals.
- Avoid personal attacks directed toward other attendees, participants, staff, and suppliers/vendors.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert summit staff if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
Prohibited Activities:
- Harassment and discrimination in any form are not tolerated.
- Possession of any item that can be dangerous or disruptive is prohibited.
- Any form of recording or photography without prior consent is not allowed.
Liability Waiver:
- By attending the summit, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers from any liabilities arising from participation.
Privacy Notice:
- Personal information provided during registration will be used for the purposes of event management.
- Attendees may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Policy Violation:
- Violations of these terms may result in expulsion from the summit without a refund.
- Serious offenses will be escalated to appropriate authorities.
Changes to Terms:
- The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and policies at any time without prior notice.
