Summit Photo Policy

Welcome to our Summit! We’re excited to have you join us and share in the experience. To ensure that everyone enjoys the event, please take a moment to review our photo policy:

Consent for Photography:

  • By entering the Summit area, you consent to be photographed by the official event photographers or other attendees.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer at the time.

Use of Photos:

  • Photographs taken at the Summit may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and future event promotion.
  • Attendees are permitted to take photographs for personal use or for their company’s marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by exhibit owners.

Respect for Privacy:

  • Please respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of exhibitors and other attendees. Ask for permission before taking photos of people, products, or exhibits.
  • Do not obstruct the flow of traffic or the view of other attendees when taking photographs.

Prohibited Activities:

  • The use of drones or other aerial photography equipment is not permitted without prior approval from the event organizers.
  • Photography that is disruptive, intrusive, or in violation of someone’s privacy is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement:

  • Event staff reserve the right to ask attendees to cease photography and to delete images if they are found to be in violation of this policy.
  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the Summit and potential prohibition from future events.
